Had brunch with my sis and my niece yesterday at Bakery Depot on Frankel Avenue. Had a grilled rosemary and cranberry sandwich on wholemeal walnut bread. Excellent! Two stroke had a sesame bagel. I nicked some some off her – the bagel wasn't fantastic. If you haven't seen two stroke before, take a look here. She's a real looker ![]()
Great breads there. Check it out.

Heh… yeah, the Chindian combination is usually a winner…
Cedele’s sandwiches and food is generally good and quite healthy. Take a look at:

and

Pardon me for asking, but are you a Chindian too? (Just asking on the basis of the pics on your blog).
Good luck with your Indian husband
heh

Why’s your niece called “two strokes”?
June 27, 2006 at 1:46 pm
Yea! I flipped thru the pages and even went to their site. I’m inspired by you! I wanna eat healthy when I head home now as well. When Im eating properly, I feel so happy all the time! I’m a Chinese, but I can speak Hindi! Hehehe I’m a huge Bollywood fanatic since 7 or so manz. I cook and breathe Indian. I also do Bhangra. Oh there is an indian inside me I think. Hahahha
